Pike is the most common fish in our country. Therefore, there are many ways to cook this fish. But the simplest and most delicious dish is pike ear.

- 2 carrots;
- 2 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 30 g of millet groats;
- 20 g butter;
- 1 teaspoon flour;
- 1 teaspoon vinegar 3%;
- Bay leaf;
- peppercorns;
- ground black pepper
- salt
- cumin to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Fresh fish should be peeled and rinsed with cold water.

Gut, remove the head, tail.
Step 3
Cut into pieces and wash in water.
Step 4
Place the pike in a saucepan, cover with cold water.

Add salt, ground pepper, bay leaf, cumin. Cook for 15 minutes.

Then strain the broth.

Separate the fish fillet from the bones and cut into portions.

Peel carrots, potatoes and cut into thin slices.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and sprinkle with vinegar.

Fry carrots and onions in butter. Add flour and sauté for 5 minutes.

Wash and chop the parsley.

Put the broth back on the stove and bring to a boil.

Rinse the millet groats and put in the broth. Cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add onions and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.

Put potatoes, salt, peppercorns. Leave everything to simmer for 10 minutes.
