    • 4 chicken legs;
    • 2 tomatoes;
    • ½ lemon;
    • 2 apples;
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ¼ a teaspoon of ground white pepper;
    • ¼ a teaspoon of ground black pepper;
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons of honey.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the legs, skin them and remove excess fat. If the legs are large, chop them in half. Leave them on a towel for a few minutes to drain the water.

Step 2

Wash the tomatoes, cut them in two and squeeze out the juice. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice out of one half of the lemon with a fork. Mix tomato juice with lemon juice, add salt, white and red pepper, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and stir. If you like it hot, add some red chili.

Place the legs in a deep bowl and pour in the tomato-lemon sauce. Shake the dish vigorously several times and leave the legs to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
