Step 1
Combine soy sauce with melted honey, stir. Add here peeled and minced garlic, finely grated ginger, sesame seeds.
Step 2
Wash the chicken legs, pat dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and black pepper. Place the meat tightly in a baking dish, pour abundantly the cooked marinade over it and send it to the oven preheated to 175 degrees.
Step 3
Bake the legs for 40 minutes, preferably in the middle of baking, turn the legs over and pour the marinade again. An excellent side dish for aromatic spicy chicken legs is rice or steamed young vegetables.
