An original and very tasty dish - Chinese style chicken - is perfect for lunch or dinner. If you boil rice for a side dish with chicken, you get a Chinese-style lunch.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of breast;
- - 40 g of dried honey agarics;
- - salt;
- - 3 squirrels;
- - 1/6 chicken broth;
- - a spoonful of starch;
- - 50 g of white wine;
- - 100 g of ham;
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Soak dry mushrooms in water. Cut the chicken into 20 slices. Cut the ham into slices too. Finely chop the remaining cuts of meat and ham and mix with the proteins, ¾ spoonful of starch and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Pre-dilute the starch in 3 tablespoons of chicken broth. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Mix the salt and starch that remain with the broth.
Step 3
Dip the meat slices in the protein dough and deep-fried in the hot oil. Grill for about 10 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Remove the finished slices on a paper towel so that excess oil is glass. Then fold the chicken and ham slices alternately into a mold. Arrange the mushrooms between the slices.
Step 5
Stir the remaining protein dough with broth, boil and pour into a mold with meat, ham and mushrooms.
Step 6
Cover the tin with foil and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
