1 glass of red or black currants, 1 glass of lingonberries or cranberries, 1 glass of water, half a glass of sugar, 1 tablespoon of gelatin, half a can of condensed milk
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the berries, sort and remove the spoiled ones. Pour half a glass of water over the berries and boil.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in the remaining half glass of water and leave to swell.
Step 3
Rub the berries through a sieve. Add granulated sugar to the resulting puree and stir well.
Step 4
Heat the swollen gelatin over low heat until completely dissolved and combine with berry puree.
Step 5
Place the container of pureed berries in a large container filled with cold water. After the puree has cooled, beat with a mixer on medium speed until a stable foam forms.
Step 6
Pour in the condensed milk in a thin stream and beat well again.
Step 7
Divide into molds and leave in the refrigerator until solidified.
