  • - gooseberries 3/4 cups;
  • - cherries 3/4 cups;
  • - raspberries 0.5 cups;
  • - strawberries 0.5 cups;
  • - red currant 0.5 cups;
  • - black currant 0.5 cups;
  • - sugar 5-7 tbsp. spoons;
  • - lime 1 pc.;
  • - starch 100 g;
  • - cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon;
  • For decoration:

Instructions

Step 1

Sort the berries and rinse under running water. Separate the gooseberries, raspberries and currants from the twigs. Remove the sepals from the strawberries. Remove the seeds from the cherries.

Step 2

Pour 2.5 liters of cold water into a saucepan, add sugar and stir. Bring to a boil. Put the gooseberries in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Then add raspberries, strawberries, currants and cherries. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the contents through a colander or sieve. Rub the berries through a sieve or beat with a blender until smooth.

Step 4

Take 150 ml of berry broth and cool. Add starch to the cooled broth and stir. Pour the lime over with boiling water, dry and squeeze the juice.

Step 5

Bring the berry broth to a boil again. Add cinnamon, lime juice and berry puree and cook for 2 minutes. Then, while stirring, pour the diluted starch into the boiling broth. Stir well and remove from heat.
