Condensed milk is a favorite treat for both children and adults. It can be added to tea or cocoa, spread over a bun, or simply eaten with a spoon straight out of the can. And also delicious desserts are made from condensed milk.

- - a can of boiled condensed milk.
- Condensed milk sweets:
- - can of condensed milk;

- - 300 g of coconut flakes;
- - nuts, raisins, dried apricots, prunes, marmalade;
- - waffle.
- Anthill cake:
- - 4 glasses of flour;
- - 200 g margarine;
- - 1 egg;
- - 3 tbsp. l sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. l milk;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 2 cans of boiled condensed milk;
- - half a glass of walnuts;
- - half a glass of raisins;
- - icing sugar.

Step 1
The simplest delicacy is boiled condensed milk. For its preparation, take condensed milk with sugar in a tin can. "Drown" it in a saucepan of cold water and put it on the heat a little less than medium. Time yourself - in three hours the dessert will be ready. During cooking, make sure that the tin does not swell. Such a jar must be removed from the water immediately, otherwise it may explode and splatter the entire kitchen with its contents. Boiled condensed milk is good both as a separate dish and as fillings for cakes: wafer rolls, nuts, profiteroles, eclairs.
Step 2
Another very easy-to-prepare delicacy is corn sticks in boiled condensed milk. For this you will need a can of boiled water and a large bag of corn sticks. Mix both ingredients well, then divide into small portions. Blind the sausages and wrap tightly with cling film. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut the frozen treat into convenient circles and serve.
Step 3
Also, original and very tasty sweets are obtained from condensed milk. Pour a can of condensed milk into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add 2 tablespoons of butter. Put on low heat and stir continuously. Wait for the butter to melt. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and mix the condensed milk with 300 g of coconut. Leave the resulting mass in the refrigerator overnight. Then roll up small balls from the frozen milk. Inside each candy, you can "hide" the filling of your choice - nuts, raisins, dried apricots, prunes, marmalade. Roll the balls in coconut or chopped waffle.
Step 4
Surprise your guests with the Anthill Cake. Sift the flour through a sieve. Add baking powder and a pack of melted margarine to it. Beat the egg with sugar until fluffy. Combine with flour, send milk here and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, and then grind it. You can chop with a knife, grate or mince. Spread the crumb of dough evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown.
Step 5
Meanwhile, rinse the raisins and cover with boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Chop the nuts and lightly fry in a dry frying pan. Then in a deep bowl or saucepan, combine the crumbs with condensed milk, nuts and raisins. There is only one thing left to do - put the resulting mass on a flat dish with a slide in the shape of an anthill. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar on top. To make the "Anthill" well soaked, leave it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
