Homemade frozen pizza is a quality and healthy alternative to fast food and convenience foods from the store. Here you have complete control over the amount of salt, fat and the quality of the ingredients in your pizza. And also save money. Home-frozen pizza can consist of one clean crust for further baking, or a completely prepared pizza with a filling.
It is necessary
-
- Baking tray
- Pizza dough
- Tomato paste or sauce
- Pizza filling
- Grated cheese
- Polyethylene film
- Wide aluminum foil
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare pizza dough (1 cup water, 3.5 cups flour, 1.5 tsp dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, 1 egg, 20 g butter - mix and give go up). Roll out the dough to 0.5 centimeters, place on a baking sheet greased with butter and sprinkled with a thin layer of flour. It is better to make the pizza in the shape of a rectangle, since it is more convenient to store it in the freezer in this form.
Step 2
Spread the tomato paste or sauce over the entire surface of the dough, then sprinkle the filling and cheese. Lightly press the filling into the pizza to prevent it from spilling out during freezing and storage.
Step 3
Send the pizza for 3-5 minutes in an oven preheated to 150 degrees.
Step 4
Cool the pizza and place it with the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 hours.
Step 5
Wrap the slightly frozen pizza in foil. Using a spatula, carefully lift the pizza off the baking sheet and place it on a plastic tray with the foil already on it, then wrap the pizza securely with foil on all sides. Now you can wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent air from getting inside. Send the pizza to the freezer.
Step 6
To cook frozen pizza, simply free it from the plastic wrap and foil from the top (where the filling is), put it on a baking sheet directly on the foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 15-25 minutes. When the pizza is lightly covered with a golden crust and the cheese is completely melted, it is completely cooked.
