The wild rice salad takes 70 minutes. It turns out a delicious dietary snack that is also suitable for fasting days.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - wild rice - 1.5 cups;
- - green beans - 200 g;
- - yellow green beans - 200 g;
- - one onion;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - sesame oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - one lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour four cups of salted water over the wild rice, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for about 40-50 minutes. The rice should become soft, most of the rice will open.
Step 2
Boil green and yellow beans in water or cook in a double boiler.
Step 3
Chop the garlic cloves into smaller pieces, or use a crusher. Cut the onions into thin half rings.
Step 4
Remove the zest from the lemon, squeeze out the juice. Combine lemon zest, juice, garlic with sesame oil. It turned out to be a gas station.
Step 5
Season the rice and beans with the resulting dressing. The wild rice salad is ready!
