Spaghetti with Meatballs is a simple, quick, and mouth-watering dish that requires the minimum amount of ingredients available. That is why it is very popular among housewives around the world.

- - 500 g minced turkey;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 800 g of tomatoes;
- - an egg;
- - 450 g of spaghetti;
- - 80 ml of milk;
- - onion;
- - 25 g of bread crumbs;
- - 50 g grated parmesan + extra for serving;
- - 30 g of fresh herbs (parsley);
- - 0.5 teaspoons of dried oregano;
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - 4 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
Step 1
Make the sauce. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. After adding chopped garlic, fry it for about 1 minute.
Step 2
Then put the tomatoes, dried oregano and thyme, salt and pepper. After boiling, reduce the fire. Cover with a lid and simmer the tomato sauce for 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the meatballs. Add an egg to a large bowl, pour in milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Mix until smooth. Chop the onion finely, fry in 1 tablespoon of oil until transparent.

Add minced meat, onions, bread crumbs, cheese and finely chopped herbs to the milk and egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Shape the meatballs with your hands soaked in water. Place the meatballs in the skillet with the sauce. Pour the sauce over them using a spoon.

Simmer the meatballs for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti according to the package directions.
