It is necessary
- For 6 persons:
- - 1/2 cup finely grated onion;
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley;
- - 1 kg of ground beef (800 g + 200 g of ground pork can be used);
- - 1 cup of bread crumbs;
- - 2 eggs;
- - olive oil for frying;
- - 3-4 glasses of tomato sauce;
- - fresh basil;
- - grated parmesan cheese for garnish.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate a medium onion on a fine grater, pass the garlic through the garlic or chop it very finely. Finely chop a few parsley sprigs.
Step 2
Combine onion, garlic, salt, ground red and black pepper, parsley, ground beef, bread crumbs, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix everything into a single mass.

Take a large skillet, pour in enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Heat it over medium heat.
