For taste, you can add low-fat milk, butter and eggs, but only if the baby is not allergic to them.

An important condition is that even the most useful cookies cannot be consumed in unlimited quantities. A couple of them are enough to pamper yourself and get the right dose of endorphins. Homemade cookies can be eaten for breakfast or afternoon tea; it is undesirable to use them at night.

The commercial product includes flavors, flavors and other ingredients not useful for babies and their mothers. The best option is to make these cookies yourself. This homemade treat contains a minimum of calories and is perfect for daily meals. For baking to succeed, you need to act step by step and take your time. Ingredients:

  • 30 g sugar;
  • 10 ml of refined vegetable oil;
  • 60 ml of hot filtered water;
  • 130 g of high quality wheat flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 20 g cornstarch.

Sift flour into a bowl, mix with baking powder and cornstarch. Pour sugar and salt into hot water, add odorless vegetable oil. Gradually add the mixture of dry ingredients, constantly stirring the dough with a spatula. It should be soft and smooth. Collect the dough in a lump, wrap in cling film, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

On a board sprinkled with flour, roll out the frozen dough into a thin, even layer. Fold it in four and roll it out again. Repeat folding and unrolling 2 more times. The procedure will take additional time, but the finished cookies will be very delicate and flaky.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of fresh cottage cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 100 g of high-quality butter;
  • toasted almonds;
  • 150 g of premium wheat flour.

Scald the almonds with boiling water, remove the hard shell. The kernels can be lightly fried in a dry skillet to enhance their flavor.

Mash cottage cheese in a bowl with sugar and melted butter. Pour in the sifted flour in portions and knead the smooth homogeneous dough. Divide it into 2 parts, roll each into a thin layer. Roll it into a roll, helping yourself with a wide knife, cut the resulting sausage into pieces, arrange them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Put an almond nut in the center of each piece, slightly pressing it into the dough. Bake cookies in an oven heated to 180 degrees, they will be ready in about 20 minutes.

The mother of a child who does not react well to eggs should exclude them from the recipe. The original sweet-sour aftertaste will be added by dried fruits: finely chopped dates and pitted prunes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 150 ml skim milk;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 4 tbsp. l. finely chopped dates;
  • a few prunes;
  • 3 tbsp. l. refined vegetable oil (preferably olive oil);
  • a pinch of vanillin.

Rinse dried fruits thoroughly, add hot water for half an hour, put in a colander, dry and chop finely. Pour the oatmeal with milk and leave to swell. Beat eggs in a separate container, combine with flakes, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix everything well, add chopped dried fruits.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. With a tablespoon dipped in water, spread the portions of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Give each piece a round or oval shape. Bake for about 20 minutes until browning, remove from baking sheet and chill on a wire shelf.
