You should not completely abandon desserts, you just need to choose the right delicacies - for example, lean cookies made with your own hands.

- 200 g of fresh cottage cheese;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 100 g of high-quality butter;
- toasted almonds;
- 150 g of premium wheat flour.
Scald the almonds with boiling water, remove the hard shell. The kernels can be lightly fried in a dry skillet to enhance their flavor.
Mash cottage cheese in a bowl with sugar and melted butter. Pour in the sifted flour in portions and knead the smooth homogeneous dough. Divide it into 2 parts, roll each into a thin layer. Ingredients:
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 150 ml skim milk;
- 3 eggs;
- 5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 4 tbsp. l. finely chopped dates;
- a few prunes;
- 3 tbsp. l. refined vegetable oil (preferably olive oil);
- a pinch of vanillin.
Rinse dried fruits thoroughly, add hot water for half an hour, put in a colander, dry and chop finely. Pour the oatmeal with milk and leave to swell. Beat eggs in a separate container, combine with flakes, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix everything well, add chopped dried fruits.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. With a tablespoon dipped in water, spread the portions of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Give each piece a round or oval shape. Bake for about 20 minutes until browning, remove from baking sheet and chill on a wire shelf.
