I love sweets, I just can't live without it! But at the same time, I tend to be overweight, and I constantly need to control what and how much I eat. And the hardest thing, of course, is with sweets. Fortunately, I know one very tasty dessert that you can eat without any restrictions at all. He is my salvation.
It is necessary
- - canned strawberries - 200 g,
- - water - 400 ml,
- - gelatin - 1 small sachet (10 g),
- - sugar - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.,
- - dried mint - 1 tsp,
- - vanillin to taste.
- For the sauce:
- - egg yolks - 2 pcs.,
- - strawberry syrup,
- - sugar - 1 tbsp. l.,
- - rum (light) - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - cream - 4 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Poured mint with boiling water, let it brew for 20 minutes. After the infusion, strain through cheesecloth folded twice. Dissolved sugar, vanillin, gelatin in it, poured lemon juice. The solution was mixed well.
Step 2
I cut the strawberries into thin slices, put them in tins, filled them with the prepared solution and put them in the refrigerator for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 3
For the sauce, the yolks were mixed with strawberry syrup, sugar. I put the mixture in a water bath and, stirring constantly, cooked for 5 minutes. Then she took it off the heat, introduced the cream, poured in the rum. She beat everything well with a whisk for 2 minutes. I took the frozen strawberry jelly out of the refrigerator and poured the sauce over it.
