A sweet cupcake is a culinary miracle originally from America, it looks like a mini cake for one person. It is baked in paper tins, then decorated with icing, cream, fruit, chocolate. You can make strawberry cupcakes on jelly, decorating them with a fragrant custard; it's hard to refuse such an attractive tiny masterpiece.
It is necessary
- For ten pieces:
- - 2 bags of jelly;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, sugar, flour;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- For the custard:
- - 1 packet of vanilla custard;
- - 170 g butter;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brandy;
- - Strawberry.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add dry jelly mixture, sour cream, softened butter. Bring the mass until smooth, add flour, baking powder.
Step 2
Place paper capsules in a muffin tin, fill 1/3 full with dough. Bake cupcakes at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool prepared cupcakes.
Step 3
Take a packet of vanilla custard and prepare the cream according to the instructions. Cover with plastic wrap and cool to room temperature.
Step 4
Whip the butter for the cream, gradually add to the finished cream. At the end of whipping, add a spoonful of brandy. The cream should be homogeneous and delicate, the structure should be stable.
Step 5
Decorate ready-made cupcakes with cream (you can use a pastry syringe), fresh strawberries. Soak with rubbing alcohol or sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired.
