Pour some boiled water into a saucepan. Then add dry yeast and sugar there. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for half an hour in a warm place. Sift flour into a bowl, add granulated sugar, water and salt. Mix everything. Melt margarine a little and mix with kefir. Pour the mixture gently into the flour. Knead to a homogeneous dough. Then transfer everything to a deep bowl, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 3 hours. When the dough is fine, knead it and form into loaves of bread. Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal, place the loaves in it. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C, bake the bread for 50 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients:

- 3 tbsp. wheat flour;

- 2 tbsp. oatmeal;

- 3 tbsp. whole grain flour;

- 2 tsp baking powder;

- 2 tbsp. kefir;

- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 4 tablespoons bran, sesame, flax seeds;

- 2 tbsp. honey;

- 1, 5 tsp salt and soda.

Take bran, flaxseed and sesame seeds. Fry all ingredients in a skillet until golden brown. Do not add oils. In a deep bowl, combine two types of flour, add oatmeal, add baking powder, stir gently. - 210 ml of fresh kefir;

- 2 eggs;

- 2 tsp dry yeast;

- 370 g flour, - 2 tbsp. butter;
