The French cook deliciously not only desserts, but also pastries. I suggest you bake a very tasty cookie - French cracker with sesame seeds. I warn you that you can eat a lot of such a treat, so cook it in large quantities.

- - butter - 100 g;
- - wheat flour - 250 g;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - condensed milk - 3 tablespoons;
- - cream 15% - 7 teaspoons;
- - sesame seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
First, crush the butter into cubes. Just before cutting it, hold it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Pour wheat flour sifted with a sieve into a bowl with a deep bottom. After making a small notch in the flour mass, put cold butter, chopped into cubes, into it. Grind the resulting mass using a fork or spoon until it acquires a crumbly state.
Step 3
Introduce such components as granulated sugar, cream and salt into the resulting oily flour crumbs. After quickly kneading the dough by hand, send it to cool in the refrigerator, wrapped in cling film, for at least 60 minutes. By the way, if you don't have cream, then you can replace them with sour cream of exactly the same fat content.
Step 4
After the time allotted for cooling the dough has elapsed, remove it from the refrigerator and roll it out in such a way that a layer is obtained, the thickness of which does not exceed 5 millimeters.
Step 5
Cut out any figures from the rolled dough. If you want your cookies to turn out exactly the same as purchased, then for this you need a special pastry knife, the ends of which have jagged edges.
Step 6
On a baking sheet generously greased with sunflower oil, place the figures cut from the dough so that there is a small distance between each French cracker. Taking a fork, prick the future cookies with it in several places, and then sprinkle its surface with sesame seeds.
Step 7
After smearing the surface of each cookie with a small amount of condensed milk, send it to bake at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool the golden pastries, then boldly serve. The French sesame cracker is ready!
