    • 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
    • 1, 5 cups flour;
    • 1/2 tsp salt;
    • 1 tsp baking powder;
    • a pinch of cayenne pepper;
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • For dietary oat crackers:
    • 200 g of oatmeal;
    • 100 ml of milk;
    • 100 ml of water;
    • 1 tsp thyme;
    • 1 tsp salt.

Sweet crackers Mix flour, sugar, salt and paprika with butter. Add water, vanilla and honey (if used) to this mixture. Knead the dough. Divide into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a thin sheet. Using a sharp knife or special pizza knife, cut the dough into crackers. Make holes with a fork and place the cookies on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
