You can make your own cheese cracker using a minimum of food. These crackers will taste much better than the purchased ones.

220 grams of Cheddar cheese (or other hard plastic), 4 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of cold water

Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the butter into small cubes.
Step 2
Grind cheese, butter, flour, salt in a blender until smooth.
Step 3
Pour water into the resulting mass and mix well.
Step 4
Roll the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the chilled dough thinly and use the cookie cutters to cut out the crackers.
Step 6
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the figures.
Step 7
Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. The crackers should be golden brown. Cool and serve.
