  • - 2 medium carrots;
  • - 1 leek;
  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • - 2 glasses of broth;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 100 ml sour cream;
  • - 2 tablespoons of canned horseradish;
  • - 1 pack of lasagna sheets;
  • - 2 tablespoons of chopped dill;
  • - 50 g of grated Parmesan;
  • - salt and black pepper.

Step 1

Separate the salmon fillets and cut them into thin slices. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice, season with pepper, salt and let sit for 10 minutes to marinate.

Prepare your vegetables. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips. Chop the leek into rings. Place vegetables in a colander. Boil water, salt a little. Dip a colander with carrot and onion pieces in boiling liquid and blanch for 2 minutes.

Make the sauce. Bring the broth to a boil. Separate the yolks from the whites. Stir them with sour cream and whisk lightly. Add it to the broth, stirring constantly. Add pepper and salt and season with horseradish sauce. Bring the mass to a boil, but do not let the sauce boil. Remove immediately from heat and cool.

Use a special baking dish with high sides. Pour some sauce on the bottom and smooth it over the entire surface of the dish. Place lasagna dough plates with fish pieces and blanched vegetables on top. Pour sauce over everything and cover with dough. Repeat all layers until you run out of food, the last should be the dough sheets. Sprinkle the lasagna with chopped dill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
