Chicken necks are a very peculiar dish - a lot of vertebrae bones and little meat. But there are a lot of fans of these goodies. There are very different recipes. But best of all, the dish comes out in a slow cooker - the meat turns out to be tender and itself moves away from the bones, which become very soft during cooking.
It is necessary
- chicken necks - 1 pack
- onion - 1 piece
- carrots - 1 piece
- soy sauce
- spices to choose from
- Bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to rinse the chicken necks and remove the skin from them. Salt and pepper to taste, add your favorite spices and leave to marinate for an hour. Carrots mode in strips or three on a coarse grater. We chop the onion not coarsely.
Step 2
After an hour, we put the chicken necks in the multicooker bowl and fry them until golden brown in the appropriate mode.
Step 3
After frying, add onions, carrots, 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, bay leaf, quite a bit of water and set to stew for 1, 5 hours
