    • Cabbage cutlets:
    • 2 tablespoons of milk;
    • 200 grams of white cabbage;
    • 1 glass of vegetable broth;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 2 tablespoons of semolina;
    • 1 apple;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Zucchini cutlets and chicken (beef) meat are enriched with a high content of fiber and protein. When preparing this dish, you can replace zucchini with patison or zucchini.

Step 2

Rinse the meat thoroughly with cold water. Grind it with a blender or rotate it in a meat grinder. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

Wash the squash (patison, zucchini), peel and remove the seeds. Rub the vegetable on a coarse grater. Leave the resulting gruel for 10-15 minutes. After that, drain the juice so that the cutlets do not fall apart during cooking.

To make cabbage cutlets, you need skim milk, white cabbage, vegetable broth, chicken eggs, semolina, fresh apple, and salt.

Wash and chop the cabbage. Pour it with vegetable broth and simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Add semolina. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

Wash and core the apples. Cut them into strips and combine with cabbage. Cool the finished mixture and add eggs to it. If you want to reduce the calorie content of a dish, you only need egg whites. Salt the minced meat to taste.

Form the minced meat into small patties. Steam them for 15-20 minutes. Serve the dish with mushroom sauce or fat-free sour cream.
