Chill the minced meat in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, otherwise it will stick to your hands.

Peel the onion, grate on a coarse grater and sauté in a pan without adding oil until the liquid has completely evaporated. It will take 2-3 minutes.

Grate the carrots and ginger on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley.

Mix the cooled minced meat with the cooked ingredients and knead, wetting your hands with water. Form 8 large patties and place on a greased baking sheet. Next, place the baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Then bake the cutlets for 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees.

It is recommended to serve chicken cutlets with vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil or natural yogurt. A side dish in the form of boiled unsalted rice is also suitable. Cutlets are spread on lettuce leaves, and decorated with sprigs of herbs or arugula.
