Step 1

First, let's prepare the cream. Pour milk into a small saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil. We divide the eggs into whites and yolks and grind the last thoroughly with sugar, vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and cocoa powder. Without ceasing to interfere, pour in hot milk. Mix thoroughly and return to the stove, reduce heat to low and cook until thickened, continuing to stir. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Beat with softened butter in a fluffy mass.

To prepare the cakes with a mixer, beat the eggs with vanilla sugar. Add softened butter and honey. The mixture should be homogeneous. Pour in cocoa powder, mix again until smooth. Sift flour to the resulting mixture and knead not tough dough.
