    • Boiled condensed milk - 2 cans.
    • Cocoa powder - 50 g.
    • Butter - 200 g.
    • Meat grinder - 1 pc.

Step 1

First, we need to prepare for grinding cookies a meat grinder with a strainer, in which there will be small holes, as well as cookies and a plate for dough bun. The plate for kneading the dough for our kolobok should be with a large depression, so that it is easier to mix the dough. Grind all prepared cookies through a meat grinder and pour exactly 50 grams of cookie crumbs from the main ground mass to sprinkle the bun. And pour the bulk into a prepared plate for the bun dough.

At the second stage, we prepare two cans of boiled condensed milk and 50 g of cocoa powder. Carefully open two cans of boiled condensed milk. And add them to the bulk of the cookies. Then pour cocoa powder into the same mass. Beat the resulting mass with a mixer in the first mode for 1-2 minutes.

Next, we carry out the last stage of preparing the ingredients. We prepare 200g. butter, an iron mug and a spoon. We take butter, cut into small slices, put in an iron mug and melt over low heat. We leave a small piece of dough for further sculpting of the eyes, nose, legs and handles of our kolobok. We sculpt a bun out of the remaining dough and put it on a dish. We take 50 grams of the left cookies and sprinkle our kolobok. Then we sculpt the eyes, nose, arms and legs and attach their kolobok. We put the resulting kolobok in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. In 10 minutes our bun is ready.
