  • • 250 ml cream 30% fat
  • • 100 g of any nuts
  • • 200 g gingerbread cookies
  • • 1 lemon
  • • 100 g candied ginger
  • • 0.5 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1

Put the cottage cheese to drain for at least 4 hours.

Step 2

Roast the walnuts in the oven. To do this, cover a baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle nuts on it. You can take any nuts to your taste. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, put the baking sheet with nuts on roasting. We do not leave nuts unattended - periodically stir them in the oven. Take out the nuts, chop them with a heavy knife.

Step 3

Crumble the cookies into small pieces. The most convenient way to do this is to put the cookies in a plastic bag and roll them with a rolling pin. Mix nuts and cookies together, season with cinnamon.

Step 4

Finely chop the candied ginger. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Heat a can of condensed milk in hot water to make it more liquid.

Step 5

Mix cottage cheese with condensed milk and lemon juice.

Beat the cream and gently add to the curd, while gradually adding the ginger.
