In this milk we will "populate" beneficial bacteria. The consistency of the resulting product depends on the fat content of the milk.
Step 2
Heat the stove. Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan. Heat it to a temperature of no more than 35-40 degrees. It is important not to overheat the milk, otherwise the yoghurt may not ferment. Pour the starter culture into the milk and mix thoroughly. After that, cover with a lid, wrap it in a blanket and put it on the battery for 8-10 hours. After expiration, stir and refrigerate for one hour. The yogurt is ready!
Step 3
