In order to sustain a diet, you need tremendous willpower - from a week to a month without sweets, flour and other delights of life. That is why proper nutrition has gained wide popularity - a loyal menu that allows the use of sweets. Especially in the PP menu, desserts made with your own hands and with a minimum amount of sugar are appreciated.
Diet Banana Pancakes
Banana pancakes are delicious and taste similar to classic pancakes, but they turn out to be sweet and very tender. For cooking you will need:
- 200 ml of milk;
- 2 bananas;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- 100 grams of flour (instead of wheat, you can use oatmeal;
- 50 grams of sugar;
- two eggs.
Chop the bananas in a blender, pour in half the milk, add eggs, flour and sugar. Beat everything again with a blender to make the mass homogeneous. Then add some vegetable oil and the rest of the milk. Pancakes can be baked.
On the table, such pancakes are served with condensed milk, sour cream or jam, and they are delicious both hot and cold. And if you replace wheat flour with oatmeal (grind ordinary rolled oats in a blender), and sugar with a spoonful of honey, you will get an excellent dietary dish known as oatmeal.
Apple soufflé with cottage cheese
A very simple dish, delicious and no sugar! For cooking we need:
- cottage cheese 200 gr;
- 1 sweet apple;
- one medium chicken egg.
When choosing products, please note that the curd should not be grainy, but as homogeneous as possible. It is advisable to peel the apple, then grate on a fine grater and mix thoroughly with cottage cheese and egg. Put the resulting dough in baking tins (you can take small silicone ones) to the very top and put in the microwave for five minutes. The readiness to check is very simple - put your finger on the soufflé. If the curd sticks, then you need to bake for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the soufflé on a plate sprinkled with cinnamon.
