Do you know how cream soup differs from puree soup? Everything is very simple! The puree soup is based on starchy vegetables - these are potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, and of course, additional ingredients can be such as onions, herbs, spices. But cream soup is based on one vegetable, such as broccoli, tomato, zucchini, and one additional ingredient, which can be shrimp, chicken, fish, etc. And also these soups are boiled in broths and cream is added to them, but you can cook without cream.

- 1 kg of potatoes
- 500 g zucchini
- 200 g carrots
- 3 liters of chicken stock
- onion
- salt
- ground black pepper
- greens
- toast
- 100 g grated cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken broth in advance. Peel potatoes, carrots, onions and zucchini, wash and cut into cubes. Add vegetables to boiling chicken broth and cook until tender. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. When our soup is ready, immediately grind it with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Cooking croutons. Cut the bread into portions. Preheat a frying pan and fry bread in a non-stick frying pan, who does not have such a frying pan, you can fry in a regular frying pan with the addition of sunflower oil. Fry the croutons on both sides, stirring constantly so that they do not burn.
Step 3
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We wash and dry the greens for decoration.
Serve cream soup with croutons, sprinkled with cheese and garnished with herbs.
