Puree soup is a tasty, satisfying and trendy dish. They are happy to order it in restaurants and cafes; girls, children and respectable men love it. But not everyone is sure that you can create the same delicious soup in your own kitchen without any problems. However, any housewife with the help of an ordinary blender can easily turn a set of familiar products into an appetizing puree soup.

Step 1

The puree soup can be made with the hand blender or in the bowl blender. As for the products needed for the soup, everything depends only on the wishes of the hostess. You can make a hearty soup with meat broth, cream soup with mushrooms, diet vegetable soup.

Soup-puree is served both hot and cold, there are also dessert versions of such soups. The general principle of their preparation is that pre-softened products are brought to a puree state using a blender.

Step 2

Carrot puree soup

In a metal saucepan, heat 30 g butter, add 300 g carrots, chopped into circles, and half a finely chopped onion. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add ginger powder. Pour in 0.5 liters of chicken broth (pre-cooked or ready-made, from the package). Salt, add black pepper.

Simmer the mixture for about 40 minutes. Cool the soup a little, pour it into a blender bowl and chop until puree. If you do not like the grainy consistency of the puree soup, after grinding with a blender, rub the finished soup through a sieve. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour in 50 ml of cream, stir. Decorate the finished soup with a sprig of cilantro and a slice of carrot.

Mashed potato soup with mushrooms

Peel 500 g of potatoes, cut into small pieces. Cook in a little salted water until tender. Finely chop 1 onion, fry it in vegetable oil. Add 200 g of chopped champignons to the onion, salt and fry the onion with mushrooms until cooked and the water evaporated. Place mushrooms, onions and potatoes in a blender and grind until puree.

Mix 250 ml milk and 250 ml cream, add the mixture to a blender and whisk again. Pour the soup into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Garnish with chives feathers before serving.

Step 4

Dessert puree soup

Put 600 g of frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, cherries, currants) in a saucepan, add 250 g of granulated sugar, cover and cook in a little water for about 15 minutes. Cool the prepared mixture and pour it into a blender. Chop the berries.

Pour the prepared soup into portioned cups and refrigerate. Place a scoop of ice cream in each cup before serving and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
