  • - 2 bell peppers;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • - 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
  • - spices;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a deep bowl for making rice cake batter. In this bowl, combine the egg, granulated sugar and salt. Pound well and stir the ingredients until smooth. Whisk the egg mixture lightly with a fork, then add the water to it and stir again.

Add flour to the mixture. Knead to a soft, elastic dough, then form a ball of rice cake dough. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or cling film and let it sit for 30-40 minutes.

After the time has passed, take the dough and divide it into four equal portions. Roll each part into a ball, and then make flat cakes from the balls. To do this, simply roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that their diameter is 15-20 centimeters.

Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet, the skillet should be almost dry. Fry each tortilla in turn on both sides in a skillet. When you transfer the cake to the other side, place a small piece of butter on top of it.

If you want to serve stuffed rice cakes, start making them. To do this, peel and wash fresh vegetables, dry them on a paper towel.

Place the meat filling on the hot tortilla, and you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Optionally, you can fill the filling with a little sour cream and herbs. Roll the burrito into a roll and serve.
