It is necessary
-
- Crab sticks - 400 grams;
- processed cheese - 200 grams;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;
- beer - 200 milliliters;
- water 150 milliliters;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- flour - 200 grams;
- salt - ½ teaspoon;
- vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the filling for the crab sticks. To do this, combine processed cheese grated on a fine grater and garlic passed through a garlic extractor and mix thoroughly. Get a thick mass.
Step 2
Unroll the crab sticks carefully. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the middle of each, flatten it and roll the stick back to its original shape.
Step 3
Prepare beer batter. To do this, carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Put the squirrels in the refrigerator. Place the yolks in a bowl, add salt and mash a little. Pour water and cold beer over the yolks, and whisk lightly with a fork or whisk. Gradually add the sifted flour, and knead the dough. The consistency of the dough should be the same as for the pancakes. Whisk the chilled egg whites with a mixer until they are thickly foamy so that the whipped egg whites do not spill out when the bowl is turned over. Add them to the batter and mix gently.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. The amount of oil should be such that, when frying, it completely covers the crab stick.
Step 5
Gently put the stuffed crab sticks on a fork, dip in batter and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
