What could be healthier than an avocado? Two avocados. This very healthy fruit consolidates its position in the list of favorite foods. Avocado is added to numerous salads, it serves as an excellent base for sauces, even drinks with avocado are no longer a rarity. But it's not so easy to fall in love with him right away, the unusual taste of buttery pulp did not inspire sympathy for a long time. A coincidence helped, cucumber and avocado salad is now my favorite treat.

For a long time, the avocado could not take its place in our refrigerator, I did not like its oily pulp and the lack of a pronounced taste. All salads tried with friends with this fruit received one review from my side: remove the avocado. Once again I bought this green miracle in the hope of loving it and adding it to our diet. For three days, the poor fellow, lay in the refrigerator unclaimed, until I decided to make at least something out of it so as not to deteriorate. I collected everything that was in the refrigerator at that time for a light salad. I cut it, mixed it, put it all in a plastic container and took it with me to work with the hope that it might come in handy. How surprised I was by the taste that came out, the light freshness of greens and cucumber perfectly complemented the avocado pulp. On the same day, another fruit was bought for a second experiment. But the salad didn't work out. The taste is not the same! As a result of the work of an inquiring mind, the picture of the day was completely restored, the formula was found, everything is simple and tasty. I am sharing the recipe with you.

Ingredients: two cucumbers, one avocado, fresh parsley and dill, six sprigs, two tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Cucumbers, parsley and dill, and remove everything that we consider necessary to remove, chop the greens and cucumbers as you like. I love greens right with twigs and not very finely, I cut cucumbers lengthwise into 2 halves and cut thinly. We put all this in a plastic container, add salt to taste and two tablespoons of olive oil. Then we close the whole thing with a lid and shake it. The cucumbers are slightly salted at this time, and I get the very taste from which I cannot tear myself away. We leave the container on the table and start preparing the avocado ourselves. Mine, cut into two halves, take out the bone and peel it. Cut the avocado into cubes and add to the cucumbers with herbs. We leave the salad for another 30 minutes on the table, periodically shaking the container. Cucumbers are slightly salted, herbs give their smell and taste to olive oil, avocados are harmoniously combined with cucumbers and herbs. I like to eat salad with cucumber and avocado with rye bread or crackers. Another healthy fruit has become my favorite.
