    • 50 g bacon;
    • 1 onion;
    • a bunch of parsley;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.
    • Spicy tomato sauce:
    • 5 tomatoes;
    • 2 onions;
    • 4 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 lemon;
    • a bunch of parsley;
    • a bunch of basil;
    • 1 hot red pepper;
    • olive oil;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Many dishes require tomato paste. It can be prepared at home. You need ripe tomatoes without damage. Wash them, cut into large pieces and pass through a blender. Put the resulting puree in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the volume of the mass is reduced by half. Set aside the pan from heat and refrigerate.

Step 2

Carefully drain the liquid from the top. Place the puree in a colander lined with a cloth and squeeze out the tomato paste. Place it back in the pot. Boil for another 10-15 minutes and roll up in pre-sterilized jars. You can add salt to the finished paste.

Step 3

Try the tomato sauce with bacon, which is especially delicious with freshly brewed pasta. Shallow a frying pan. Chop the onion thinly, put it on the bacon and fry until golden brown. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, remove the seeds and finely chop the pulp.

Step 4

Chop the parsley and place in the pan along with the tomatoes. Season with salt, add ground black pepper. Add hot water to the pan and cook the tomato mixture over low heat for about an hour. Rub the finished sauce through a sieve and serve warm.

Step 5

The Italian spicy tomato sauce has a very original taste. Scald the ripe tomatoes, peel them off, remove the seeds and chop the tomatoes finely. Chop the parsley and basil, crush the garlic in a mortar. Finely chop the hot pepper.

Step 6

Put the tomatoes in a deep frying pan with heated olive oil, fry, add garlic, hot peppers, a little lemon juice and herbs to the puree. Stir the mixture and leave to simmer over moderate heat until the volume of the liquid is reduced by half. You can add a tablespoon of flour to the finished sauce and stir thoroughly - this will make it thicker.
