Green onions have long been widely used in cooking. The introduction of this onion into dishes vitaminizes them, improving the taste. Most often, green onions are used as a decoration for various dishes, but you can make a full-fledged healthy snack from it.
Green onions with nuts
Structure:
- 3 bunches of onions;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of walnuts;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar, vinegar;
- salt.
Chop green onions finely, drizzle with vinegar. Boil eggs hard-boiled, peel, chop, add to the onion. Salt to taste, add a spoonful of sugar.
Put the resulting snack on a dish, sprinkle with chopped nuts, pour over sour cream.
Chives with tarragon
Structure:
- 1 bunch of green onions;
- 3 bunches of green tarragon;
- 2 apples;
- 7 olives;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- salt for an amateur.
Rinse green onions, chop, grind with salt. Cut the apples into thin strips, chop the tarragon greens, add to the onion.
Season the onion appetizer with vegetable oil, garnish with olives, serve.
