It is necessary

  • Brisket - 2 pcs.;
  • Water - 1 liter;
  • Seasoning for meat - 1/2 bag;
  • Peppercorns - 10 pcs.;
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • Salt - 3 tablespoons;
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • Ground black or red pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

The brisket should be placed on the bottom of the pan and filled with cold water. Choose the meat to your taste, you can have pieces where there is more fat or, conversely, without it - this will not affect the result. It is better to purchase those where there is less bone, it will need to be removed after cooking.

Step 2

Put the saucepan on low heat, add the seasoning from the bag, add salt, peppercorns and bay leaves. You can use any seasoning for meat of your choice. Cook over low heat for about an hour.

Step 3

Then turn off the fire and leave the meat on the stove until it cools down. Then put the pan in the refrigerator, where the brisket should be marinated in the boiled broth for at least 12 hours.

Step 4

After the indicated time, we take out the pan from the refrigerator, take out the pieces of meat and put it on a napkin so that the broth is stacked. Rub the garlic cloves on a fine grater.

Step 5

We take out the bones from the brisket, cut off the excess fat, if necessary. Rub the surface of the brisket with garlic and ground pepper, red or black, to taste. With red pepper, the appetizer will turn out to be spicier.

Step 6

Then we wrap the meat in foil and put it back in the refrigerator, but now an hour will be enough. After that, the brisket can be cut into small slices and serve a fragrant and juicy snack to the table.
