- - 3 pieces of large sized tomatoes;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1 pod of bell pepper;
- - 2 pieces of large cloves of garlic;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 medium bunch of dill and parsley;
- - 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar;
- - curry seasoning and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cabbage thoroughly and chop it into thin strips, add salt and rub it with your hands a little. The bell peppers are washed, seeds removed and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
Step 2
Garlic and onions are peeled, washed in running water and chopped. Tomatoes are washed and cut into large pieces.
Step 3
Parsley and dill are washed in running water, then finely chopped. Chopped garlic and onions are fried with bell pepper in sunflower oil in a pan. Put cabbage, tomatoes in the same pan and sprinkle with sugar, curry and salt.
Step 4
Wash the lemon and cut it into two equal parts. Juice is squeezed out of one part and sprinkled with a vegetable mixture. Add a small amount of water and simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, not forgetting to stir.
Step 5
Before serving the dish to the table, decorate it with chopped parsley and dill.
