Orange marmalade is an excellent delicacy. It has a lot of advantages: such marmalade contains a lot of vitamins, there are very few calories, and no fat at all. In addition, the marmalade is very tasty, aromatic, and most importantly - without any chemistry.
It is necessary
- - 6 oranges;
- - 200 g of fruit sugar;
- - 500 ml of water;
- - 4 teaspoons of agar.
Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the juice out of six oranges, set aside for now. Cut the zest from three oranges into strips, put it in a saucepan, add fruit sugar (fructose is the sweetest natural sugar, the calorie content in it is the same as in ordinary sugar, but it is several times sweeter, so you do not need to add a lot to sweets), pour in the indicated amount of water, bring to a boil. After that, reduce heat, cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cool the resulting broth to room temperature, strain, while squeezing the orange peels a little.
Step 3
Mix the broth with orange juice, add agar to the mixture, stir everything thoroughly. Leave it on for at least one hour for the mass to swell well. After that, bring the mixture to a boil, but do not boil it.
Step 4
Pour the orange mixture into beautiful molds, refrigerate until solidified. That's it, orange marmalade is ready, you can serve it for tea as an independent dessert or prepare various culinary masterpieces on its basis.
