Homemade marmalade recipe

Slightly warm the juice in an amount of 400 ml in a metal bowl (leave about 100 ml for making the syrup), pour pectin (agar-agar) into it and leave for half an hour. Then pour sugar into a saucepan, fill it with the remaining juice, put on a low heat. Without stopping stirring, bring the mixture to a boil, and after boiling, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Then pour the previously prepared mixture with a thickener into the resulting syrup and bring to a boil again, without ceasing stirring. When the mixture boils, pour it into a baking dish or baking sheet with small sides, or ice cube trays and let cool to room temperature.

Then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Remove the frozen marmalade from the molds or cut into figures, sprinkle with sugar. Healthy and delicious homemade marmalade is ready!
