It is necessary
- - 800 g of fresh cottage cheese with a fat content of 5%;
- - 3 large eggs;
- - 1 egg yolk for brushing;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons with a slide of semolina;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 1/3 sachet is loosened;
- - vanilla sugar to taste.

Step 1
Wipe the cottage cheese or mash it with a crush, so that the consistency becomes more uniform and pasty. However, you do not need to be especially zealous.

In a separate bowl, whisk the chicken eggs and granulated sugar until smooth.

Stir the egg mass into the cottage cheese, stir, you can mash it a little more with a crush.

Stir the baking powder and semolina to the curd and egg mass. Stir the mixture until smooth.
