  • - 150 g of cottage cheese;

Instructions

Step 1

You can take frozen blackberries: drain the juice from them, leave a few berries for decoration.

Step 2

Defrost the puff pastry, divide into two, roll one piece to the size of a mold or baking sheet, place in a mold or baking sheet. Cover the dough with baking paper, place another mold on top so that the dough does not rise during cooking. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Cut the finished cake into 4 parts, do the same with the second piece of dough.

Step 3

Whisk the curd with the yogurt, add brown sugar. Whisk the cream separately, add the juice left over from the thawed blackberries. Connect both masses. Pour the resulting cream into a pastry syringe.

Step 4

Now collect the cakes: squeeze a layer of cream out of the syringe on the layer of the cake, put the blackberries on it, then the layer of the cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, garnish with whole blackberries. Millefeuille with blackberries is ready, you can serve with tea.
