Instructions

Step 1

Cut the washed and dried eggplants into circles, soak them in salt water for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

While the vegetables are soaking in a dish, prepare a spicy garlic sauce. Grind the garlic cloves in a garlic press, mortar or knife, mix with mayonnaise.
