Step 1
Purchase frozen mackerel in advance. Remove entrails and heads, cut across into pieces no more than 6 cm long.

Prepare the marinade. To do this, take a large saucepan, add water and place on the burner. Wait for the water to boil, then add the cloves, pepper, sugar, salt, oil and coriander. Boil the mixture for a few minutes and add the apple cider vinegar. Stir. Be careful when adding the vinegar and keep your face away from the pot.
Step 3
Wait for the marinade to cool completely. Cut the onion into thin half rings in parallel. Put the first layer of fish in a plastic container, then onions and then transfer new layers until the fish is finished. Add the marinade so that the fish is 2-4 cm hidden. Set to marinate for 24 hours.
