It is necessary
- –Any dried fruits (170 g);
- - linseed (45 g);
- - sesame seed (45 g);
- –Cinnamon to taste;
- –Orange juice (240 ml);
- –Wheat flour (45 g);
- - baking powder (3 g).
Instructions
Step 1
You should first prepare dried fruits. To do this, take all the dried fruits and rinse thoroughly under running water. If you use dried apricots or prunes, then you need to pour the dried berries with warm water, leave for a while, and then chop. Mix all dried fruits in one deep bowl.
Step 2
Pour juice into a cup with dried fruits, mix well again. Leave the mixture to infuse for 6-8 hours in a cool place. When the dried fruit and flax seeds with sesame seeds have softened, add the baking powder, cinnamon and stir.
Step 3
Take any shape or baking sheet, grease with cooking oil, cover with parchment paper. Smooth the paper over the surface of the container in which the cake will be baked. Lay out the dough with gentle movements, shake the pan a little and level the top layer of the dough so that the cake is baked evenly.
Step 4
Cook the pie in an oven preheated to a temperature of 160-180 degrees. The approximate baking time is 20-30 minutes. A dish is considered ready if a fragrant and dense crust appears on its surface.
Step 5
Remove the pie, cut into rectangles or rhombuses, place on a platter and serve.
