The recipe for this cake is simple, but the result is a delicious and elegant dish!
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - 1 tsp soda;
- - 1 tsp lemon juice;
- - 100 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 200 g semolina;
- - 1 tbsp. kefir;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a handful of figs, a handful of prunes, a handful of dried apricots.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour semolina with a glass of kefir and leave to swell for a couple of hours. Then stir the semolina.
Step 2
Put the oven to heat up to 190 degrees. Now we need to prepare the form. To do this, cover it with baking paper or grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Step 3
Finely chop dried fruits. If desired, they can be pre-soaked in alcohol (the combination of rum and raisins is especially successful, in my opinion).
Step 4
Using a mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy with the addition of two types of sugar and a pinch of salt. Quench the soda in a spoon with lemon juice, add to the eggs along with flour and mix again. Then add semolina and beat again.
Step 5
Pour dried fruits into the dough, mix so that they are evenly distributed and put in a mold. Send to hot oven for 45 minutes. Serve after cooling completely with whipped cream, ice cream, jam, sour cream … in general, whatever your heart desires.
