Instructions
Step 1
Take a goose weighing 4-5 kg, wash well, dry, rub with salt and pepper. Lay in a deep shape.
Step 2
Cut the lemon into circles and line the goose.
Step 3
Pour a bottle of dry white wine and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 10-12 hours.
Step 4
Cut the grapefruit into circles and place in a roasting sleeve. On top, with the wings down, put the already pickled goose. Fasten the sleeve on both sides, make several punctures and place on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 2, 5-3 hours.
