Base ingredients:

  • 0.5 tbsp wheat flour,
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt,
  • 2 tbsp Sahara,
  • 120 g butter
  • 50 g of ground hazelnuts, salt.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour,
  • 350 ml of natural yogurt,
  • 100 g sugar
  • a pinch of salt,
  • ¼ tsp vanillin,
  • lemon juice.

Preparation:

  1. First, mix sugar, flour, add salt and ground hazelnuts.
  2. Chilled butter is mixed with flour mass and crushed. Next, natural yogurt is added and the dough itself is kneaded. It is rolled out to a thickness of half a centimeter and transferred to a pre-greased baking dish (using a rolling pin).
  3. In the form, you need to make a side about a couple of centimeters high. The recommended mold diameter should be about 20 cm.
  4. We place the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. The next step is to prepare the pie filling. First, we separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites until white foam, add a little salt, and grind the yolks with sugar. Alternating, add sifted flour and yogurt to the yolks and sugar. Next, add vanillin and lemon juice, and then add the resulting mass to the protein mixture.
  6. After 10 minutes, take the cake base out of the oven and add the filling to it.
  7. Place the cake in the oven again and bake it for about 35 minutes. A golden crust will soon appear on the cake. The taste of the pie is moderately sweet, not sugary.
