Lean pastries can be very diverse. She enjoys immense popularity during her fasting. Lean pie with nuts, raisins and dried apricots is a very satisfying and tasty dish. In preparation, such pastries are very simple, and the taste is both unusual and aromatic. A wonderful treat during Lent.

- - Raisins 50 g
- - Dried apricots 50 g
- - Walnut 100 g
- - Flour 300 grams.
- - Cinnamon 1 tsp
- - Honey 100 g
- - Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- - Cardamom 1 tsp
- - Vanillin 1 pinch
- - Vinegar 1 tsp.
- - Soda 1 tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Combine walnuts and dried fruits in one container and pour boiling water into them for 20-30 minutes. After steaming, strain them and chop with a knife. All ingredients, excluding flour, mix well together and add 250 ml of warm water to them. Quench the soda with vinegar and pour the resulting foam into the total mixture.
Step 2
Then gradually add flour and knead the dough until you get the consistency of thick sour cream. Prepare a baking dish, coat with oil and flour. Pour the dough and place it in the oven, in which maintain a temperature of 200 degrees.
Step 3
Cook for half an hour, then check with a wooden skewer for dryness - if there is no moisture, then the lean pie is ready.
