  • 4 teaspoons of water;
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the peeled walnuts into a blender bowl and beat into crumbs.
  2. Butter (you can margarine) cut into large pieces, put in a saucepan, place on fire, melt, pour into nut crumbs and gently stir in.
  3. Combine the sifted flour in any container with cocoa and baking powder, mix, pour into the butter-nut mass and mix thoroughly again.
  4. Combine eggs with sugar, beat and also pour into the nut mass, gently mixing everything with a spoon. You should get a fairly thick and at the same time dense cake dough.
  5. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.
  6. Pour the finished nut dough into a greased bowl and smooth. Bake for 50 minutes in Baking mode. If there is no multicooker, then you can use a baking sheet and oven. Only in this case, you need to bake the cake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. After this time, taste the nut pie for readiness. If it's ready, put it on a wire rack and leave to cool.
  8. Meanwhile, combine the powdered sugar in a saucepan with water, place over medium heat and heat until the powder is completely dissolved. This process usually takes no more than 5-6 minutes.
  9. When the powder dissolves, add lemon juice to this mixture, mix thoroughly, remove from the stove and cool.
  10. Transfer the cooled cake to a dish, cover with glaze and decorate, for example, with coconut, walnuts or grated chocolate. It is desirable to serve with tea or coffee.
