Rich and aromatic lagman is a well-known Asian dish, which is also popular in many European countries. Lagman is a delicious thick soup with meat, noodles and vegetables.
- 0.5 kg of meat (veal / beef);
- 1.5 liters of rich meat broth;
- 0.3 kg of large noodles;
- 2 pcs of tomatoes and peppers (Bulgarian);
- 1 large onion head;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- a bunch of fresh parsley;
- 120 ml of sunflower oil;
- salt and pepper.
1. Take a thick and deep frying pan, heat oil on it.
2. Cut the meat into cubes, put in a frying pan, fry until tender over high heat.
3. While the meat is browning, prepare the vegetables. Rinse the pepper and tomatoes, dry and cut into cubes (remove the entire core of the pepper). Peel and chop the onion as well as other vegetables.
4. Pour chopped vegetables into a frying pan for the finished meat, stir and cook for about 7 minutes more. Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste, stir.
5. Then pour the broth into it, wait until it boils, and cover with a lid, reduce heat. Simmer everything for about an hour, sometimes you can stir.
6. At this time, you need to boil the selected noodles according to the instructions on the pack and put in a colander so that all the liquid is glass.
7. Then put the noodles in deep bowls and pour over the cooked meat soup with vegetables.
8. Top each serving sprinkle with very finely chopped garlic and parsley.
