  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - sour cream or cream with high fat content - 3 tablespoons;
  • - vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • - salt, pepper to taste.
  • Ingredients for the pickled gherkin filling:
  • - hard cheese - 100 gr.;
  • - a mixture of spices "Italian herbs" - 1 teaspoon;
  • - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • - small tomatoes or cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pcs.;
  • - bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • - olives - 8-10 pcs.;
  • - pickled gherkins - 3-4 pcs.
  • Ingredients for the vegetable filling:
  • - small eggplant - 1 pc.;
  • - small zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • - bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - hard cheese - 100 gr.;
  • - Mozzarella cheese - 100 gr;
  • - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - basil, oregano, salt, pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare the pizza base, wash the chilled chicken fillet under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the fillet into several pieces, then pass it through a meat grinder or interrupt with a blender.

Add the egg, bran, minced garlic, salt and pepper to the minced chicken. Mix the resulting minced meat well until smooth.
